To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

User Responsibilities

1. Accurate Information:

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and application process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Compliance:

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms when using our services. Any misuse of our services or violation of these Terms may result in termination of your account and legal action.

3. Cooperation:

You agree to cooperate with Achieve Canada in providing all necessary documents and information required for your visa and immigration process.

Fees and Payments

1. Consultation Fees: Consultation fees are payable as agreed upon at the time of service engagement. Fees for specific services, such as application preparation and visa support, will be outlined in a service agreement.

2. Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees, such as the file opening fee (BDT 2500), are non-refundable. Other fees may be refundable under specific conditions outlined in the service agreement.

3. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other payment methods as specified by Achieve Canada.

Confidentiality and Privacy

Achieve Canada is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information collected during the provision of our services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or for the purpose of providing our services.

Intellectual Property

1. Ownership: All content, materials, and services provided by Achieve Canada, including the website, logos, trademarks, and documents, are the intellectual property of Achieve Canada or its licensors.

2. Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services and content provided by Achieve Canada for personal, non-commercial purposes.
